Hi Team,

 

Below is a list of closeout action items & who is responsible for them.
Most of them can be completed by the end of the week. If you feel your
action will take more time please email Robert & I with the reason and
an ETA.

 

There is one small SYS/ACS action that is not on the list.
Implementation is still being discussed. I will send this action in a
separate email.

Maneuver Closeout


*         SYS : Final Fuel Usage Table

*         Bret : Step 47 telemetry change

*         ACS :  repointing time per degree as a function of current
fill level. Assess whether this will need to be changed again before
EOL.  Use to change rote timing now &  schedule next rote change. 

*         SYS : tank pressure yellow limits as a function of time
(change every year, July 1). Set limits for what is expected 1 year, 3
months from set date, to identify any slow leaks early.

*         Sheral/Tim : List of contact time, station, alt, Eb/N0,
station power, notes about pass

*         Sheral/Tim : Lessons learned about USN troubleshooting

*         Mark/Ken : Compensating for the deadband 

*         Steve : Thruster models

*         FDG : Final Orbit Analysis package

*         ISOC : Update to Geoff's ISOC SW document to include new
software

*         Me : Final closeout package - MAC checklists, final timeline,
etc


Extended Mission Outstanding Items


*         SYS/EPS : Battery cell balancing plan for extended mission

*         SYS/EPS : Moderate eclipse diagnostic procedure
