Dear ISE'rs,
We will have a team meeting Tuesday, April 21st at 10 am eastern time.  PLEASE send me an overview of your work plan and staffing needs by COB on Monday, and I will collate them and put them all together.  The goal on this call is to make sure we all know what we are doing going into the field season, and particularly that we are hiring enough staff to do this, but not too many.  We also need to make sure we all agree on the priority of the timing of projects (e.g., lysimeters + sensors > coarse woody debris plots .
