[HubbardBrookGRAD] HB Grad Student Meet Up

Hello hello!

Alicia Brunner and I wanted to reach out to introduce ourselves as the new graduate students reps here at Hubbard Brook! We were also hoping some of you all might be interested in taking advantage of a being on or near the HB campus this summer for a meet up, perhaps over drinks nearby? We'd love to get to know you all a little better and we also think it would be nice to gain a variety of perspectives on what is important to grad students here at Hubbard Brook that is or isn't being addressed currently? We have a good opportunity right now to advocate for ourselves, projects or topics we deem important as the HB SCC specifically wants our feedback heading into the LTER renewal this coming year. So what do you all think?

We'd appreciate it if any one that is interested in being a part of the discussion and community respond to this email with dates or times that they are free the next month to meet up in person or we are also open to an online meeting if that is preferred - so let us know your thoughts! Also open to having this type of discussion over on Slack or another platform?
