Hello Hubbard Brookies.

This is our annual announcement that the latest year of precipitation and stream chemistry data has now been uploaded to EDI -

The new data citation is
Hubbard Brook Watershed Ecosystem Record (HBWatER). 2023. Continuous precipitation and stream chemistry data, Hubbard Brook Ecosystem Study, 1963 – ongoing. ver 9. Environmental Data Initiative. https://doi.org/10.6073/pasta/f2fb8b6542106c6db534fab76decdcec

and attached you will find this year's edition of our Watershed Report which shares updates and some fun observations for the period June 1, 2020 to May 30, 2021 (the 2021 Water Year).

We welcome your feedback about the report, the data visualization website (hbwater.org) and the data itself. Please use and cite the data - we're proud to learn (thanks Mary Martin!) that this dataset has been downloaded more than 2400 times in the last five years.

If you are a researcher who would like access to non QA/QCd data ahead of the water year release (typically one year lag) please let us know and we can grant access to any affiliated HBEF researcher to these pre-publication data.

Emily and the rest of the HBWatER team.
