Dear Colleagues,

The Hubbard Brook Scientific Coordinating Committee (SCC) is proposing changes to the Organizational Plan of the Hubbard Brook Ecosystem Study (see attached).  You should receive an email and SurveyMonkey link to the ballot shortly. Please vote on the proposed changes by Jan 23, 2020.

The proposed changes were discussed at previous COS meetings followed by an open comment period.  The major proposed change is to increase the size of the SCC by one additional member.  Other revisions are largely updates that better reflect current practices. Under the proposed plan, the SCC will provide brief quarterly summaries of issues discussed and actions taken.
