We can use at least 2 more people for each half day slot (morning and afternoon) tomorrow and Friday.

Dear Colleagues:

 

I am writing to see if you are able to contribute some labor toward reaching our goal of completing the barcoding of the entire water collection (over 20K samples) this summer. We are about halfway there.

We need your help!

 

We will be working in the Archive on:

Friday                   6 July from 8-4

Tuesday               10 July from 8-5

Friday                   13 July from 8-3

 

If you have someone who could work with us for 2-4 hours one of these days, please reply and let me know when you are available and how many people are volunteering.

 

If other times work better for you, please let me know and we can very likely accommodate you.

 

We could use up to 8 or 10 volunteers each day (for a half-day).
