[HubbardBrookCOS] Undergraduate research RAC proposal deadline, 6/5

Dear Associates:

For undergraduate research projects (including REUs) which include only moderate disturbance, we are adding an REU RAC proposal deadline in early June. The proposals would be reviewed about one week later. We are doing this on a trial basis, because we recognize that it is sometimes not possible to predict the scope of the REU project before the student arrives.

Please be cognizant of the fact that this additional deadline places a burden on the RAC and is not to be used for proposals that should have been submitted for the 15 March deadline.

Please email me ASAP if you plan to submit a RAC proposal.
