[HubbardBrookCOS] RAC deadline is in 2 weeks, 3/15, for proposing new research and sampling at Hubbard Brook

The RAC (Research Approval Committee) will be reviewing proposals for research in April. The deadline to submit a RAC proposal is in two weeks, on Friday 15 March.
