[HubbardBrookCOS] Frigid weather followed by January melt and rain on snow event predicted for Saturday

Hi Folks,

In another instance of life imitating art (or science)-the conditions that we were discussing around the January melt and nitrate peak in WY 2013 are predicted to occur this weekend.
Today it was in the single digits and on Saturday, it is predicted to be 50 degrees with 1-2 inches of rain (here in VT, we have a flood watch) , followed by single digit temps next week.

ISCOs anyone?
