Hello All, As you all know the Forest Service staffing at HBEF has been short by one employee for over a year now. We have been trying to get by, but unfortunately we have not been able to keep up with all the tasks that need to be accomplished.
In order to spend more of our time focused on our long term data collection, we will be only housing tenants at the Pierce Lab that are Forest Service employees. This will continue until our staffing issues are resolved. The Hubbard Brook Research Foundation has made housing available in the Hamlets for short term stays so housing will still be available on site.
