[HubbardBrookCOS] July Cooperators Meeting -- Thursday afternoon meetings

Dear COS;

We want to finalize the schedule for the Cooperator's meeting. The talks
will be posted later today.

But we also want to list the schedule of meetings for Thursday afternoon.
There usually is a mix of administrative and project meetings.

On the administrative side we have:

SCC meeting (already scheduled for Thursday at 1:30 pm)

IOC meeting

Programs committee meeting (used to be called the Education committee)

Recent projects include the ice storm and the multiple elemental limitation
experiment. There may be others.

Please send us your schedule and we will see that it gets posted in the
agenda.
