** REGISTER TODAY FOR THIS IMPORTANT EVENT **
On Thursday, January 18, the Hubbard Brook Research Foundation will be co-hosting an in-person Youth Forum on Climate and Clean Energy at the Bank of New Hampshire Stage in Concord. The event will run from 9:30am to 1:30pm (doors open at 8:30) and is free and open to the public. We'd be thrilled to see as much Hubbard Brook representation as possible!
Like the Youth Forum HBRF co-hosted in February 2020, days before the presidential primary, this event will engage NH students with policy and corporate leaders, celebrated scientists, and other environmental influencers to explore opportunities for building an economically strong and environmentally secure future.
HB featured speakers include:
- Alix Contosta, Ecosystem Ecologist at the University of New Hampshire
- Charlie Driscoll, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Syracuse University; University Professor of Environmental Systems and Distinguished Professor, National Academy of Engineering Member
- Anthea Lavallee, HBRF Executive Director
- Gene Likens, Hubbard Brook Ecosystem Study Co-Founder
- Cynthia West, Director of the USFS Northern Research Station
