Dear Colleagues,
Many thanks to those of you who have registered for the upcoming Annual Meeting next month!
If you have not yet registered, please do so no later than this Monday, June 6th! We need to know accurate numbers as soon as possible, especially for catering purposes.
About registration -- please keep in mind:
- All attendees must submit a completed registration form.
- If you are paying for others, please list those individuals' names and email addresses on the form. Please ensure each individual completes and submits their own registration form. (Please make sure you also complete a form for yourself!)
- If someone is paying for you, please complete your own registration form and enter the name and email address of the person paying your fee.
- If you'd like to give a talk, please indicate this when you complete the registration form and enter as much information about your talk as you can at this time. Remember: If you do not yet have an exact title and/or abstract, please indicate that you would like to give a talk and click the button stating that you will provide more details later.
About COVID-19:
- The Scientific Coordinating Committee understands that some people may decide not to attend in person due to health concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a hybrid meeting, but we are investigating options for providing basic streaming of the meeting (viewing only).
- We are working with Plymouth State University to create a conference environment that is as safe as possible for everyone.
- The meeting space is large, with two sets of screens and projectors that are well spaced-out.
- Signage prior to entry to the building and to the lobby and meeting room will request that masks be worn by all attendees at all times other than while actively eating or drinking.
- There will be sanitizing stations and extra masks at various points throughout the venue.
- Breakfasts and lunches will be served buffet-style in single-line fashion with tables staggered against opposite walls. Every effort is being made to eliminate congestion.
- Meals can be enjoyed at three locations, so that attendees can be spread out while eating: at small café tables in the lobby area; at outdoor tables; or at tables in the meeting room.
- Health and safety adjustments will be made, if necessary, closer to the event.
So please register a.s.a.p. (if you haven't already) and hope to see you in July!
