This Thursday, the Dartmouth team is hosting a visit to HB from French-Cambodian-American choreographer Manou Phuon . One of Maou’s projects is developing a new interdisciplinary dance work that explores biology/nature/ecosystems, especially trees and forests, and their intersections with various cultures and movement traditions. On 24 July, Manou will doing a workshop at Dartmouth with ecologist Tom Wessels. She will be at PVF on Thursday evening for Science Night. During the day on Thursday, we will show her some features of interest at HB, including of course the mural in progress! Just let me know if you would like to meet Manou – especially if you are able to show her something of what you are working on.
