I wanted to draw your attention to a new initiative that was announced this morning. A group of black birders, explorers, and scientists have come together to launch the first ever Black Birders Week from May 31st - June 5th. The information is in the attached image; each day has its own hashtag that will be paired with a specific online engagement or event. You can find the organizers on social media @BlackAFinSTEM. I encourage everyone to follow and amplify this effort!
