Good Afternoon Hubbard Brook,

I am reaching out as a reminder that the second *Hubbard Brook Orientation* is
happening *today: **Wednesday, March 24th at 6:00 pm EST.*

This meeting is *mandatory* and is meant for everyone who will be residing
on site with us during the field season. The recent incident at
Pleasant View Farm is an unfortunate example of how events could arise
during a short stay. This orientation is not only an opportunity to get to
know those in your community, but also the time where we go over *housing
and code of conduct policies*, which applies to everyone (parking,
garbage, cleanliness, what is permitted and not permitted, conduct, who to
contact in emergencies and much more).

This meeting will *NOT* be recorded as it is meant to be an interactive
event. Everyone who filled out the attendance poll should have received a
Google Calendar Invitation. If you attended the first orientation on *Thursday,
April 27th, *you have *completed your requirement *and do not have to
attend this event.
