[HubbardBrook] Youth Advocacy and Environmental Action Panel - Today!

Good Morning Hubbard Brook!

This is a friendly reminder that we are having our first virtual event of
the season. Please join us today for our *Youth Advocacy and Environmental
Action Panel* at 5:30 pm EST.

The goal of this event is to have an *interactive conversation* between our
panelists and audience on building community through action. We will
discuss the importance of youth presence in movements as well as the
intersectionality that environmental movements hold. We want to recognize
the many ways supporting the youth can look like as well as what it should
not look like. We want to talk about the reality of existing struggles such
as ecological grief and the best ways to cope with these emotions such as
addressing anti-burn out mechanisms. Please join us and take part in these
crucial conversations where we will be joined by Phoebe Dolan, Megan Duffy
and Sara Rivera (*please see attached flyers*)!

To clarify, this virtual event will occur through Zoom, is open to *all
members* of the community, and is not only meant for the youth. *The RSVP
deadline has been extended to 4:00 pm EST, today (June 13th).* Please make
sure to sign up in order to receive a Google Calendar invite. Please see
