Dear Colleagues,

There have been 78 sign-ups for giving a talk at the Annual Cooperators'
Meeting, July 12-13. Most submissions are complete. However, 22 submissions
are *not* complete.

Some registrants have only submitted a name, or a name plus length of talk,
or a title but no abstract, etc.

If you are one of the 22 people who have *not* provided all needed
information for the TALKS program, please do this A.S.A.P. as the June 5
deadline has passed.

   - Copy and paste the headings below into a new email.
   - Fill in *all* information.
   - Send the email to me (westneyh at caryinstitute.org).
   - Ask each person in your group to make sure they have provided *all* of
this information if they are giving a talk.
   - Share this email with anyone (e.g., students) who may not have
received it because they are not on the HB listserv!
