Good Afternoon Hubbard Brook Community!

I come to you all with an official date for our *Virtual Hubbard Brook
Orientation* meant for everyone who will be living on site for the summer.
This *mandatory *meeting will be next week, *on Thursday, April 27th from
1:00- 2:00 pm EST. *

During this meeting, you will:

   -

   have space to meet everyone else who will also be living on site
   -

   get to know me along with Facilities Manager, Dan Clark
   -

   go through the resident packet with us
   -

   learn about planned projects on site
   -

   listen to the experience of past HB residents!

and for us to send you a google calendar invitation. You will find the zoom
information down below.

This meeting will *NOT* be recorded as it is meant to be an interactive
event. If you are not living on site this summer but know someone who will,
please help us in passing this information along to them. It will be
greatly appreciated.
