[HubbardBrook] shotgun sampling for foliage beginning soon

Hi folks,
It's that time of year again.  Crews will be out using shotguns to sample
foliage beginning tomorrow at CCASE (near the headquarters building), next
week in watersheds 6 and 1, and the following week at the 14 HBNO sites
scattered throughout the valley.  Sometime in there Torsten Berger also
plans to sample the NuPert plots, west of watershed 6 above the middle rain
gauge.

It's a complicated process dependent on weather and crew availability, so
the exact days in the following weeks are still uncertain, but at any rate,
it starts tomorrow.
