Hello all,
We will hold our REU planning meeting next week on Wednesday, January, 12
at 1 pm.

The main goals for the meeting are:
1. To decide the mentor teams/project for the four REUs we have funding for
on the LTER, and
2. To discuss recruiting in order to use this opportunity to broaden
participation at the site, in the spirit of both the objectives of REU
awards and our own DEI-related work.

We will focus on summer programming and planning for the site as a whole at
a subsequent meeting.
