[Ect_cois] Today's ECT CoI telecon canceled

Greetings,

Harlan is on travel today and I have conflicts for half of our regularly-scheduled hour so I'm canceling today's Co-Investigator telecon. Two weeks from now we will have a telecon for the full, extended science team and our next Co-I telecon will be October 30. Halloween costumes encouraged.
