[Ect_cois] No ECT call today

All,

    Owing to a large number of us being unavailable, we'll not be 
holding an ECT call today.  We'll resume next week with the leads 
subgroup.  Also, note that there will not be an RBSP project call today, 
either.  Barry cancelled that call, too.  He has rescheduled that for 
next Friday (16th) as a one-time, off-cycle call.  Enjoy the extra hours 
back to your lives!
