[Ect_cois] Congrats to Aerospace for delivery of 3 MagEIS instruments!

All,

  Congratulations to the team at Aerospace for the first successful 
delivery of MagEIS units to the spacecraft.  They had a crisp and clean 
Pre-Ship Review on this Monday of the low and two medium units for 
spacecraft A.  The units flew cross-country on Tuesday and were received 
at APL that evening. Yesterday and today the three units were cleaned 
and checked out.  The two attached photos show one unit being checked 
out and MarkZ of Aerospace mugging in front of s/c A.  We will hold 
their Integration Readiness Review tomorrow morning.  The units will 
join others on the spacecraft early next week, including REPT which will 
conduct a muon measurement tomorrow when spacecraft are in a tipped 
configuration.  Congratulations to Aerospace for having the rare 
distinction of delivering three instruments, with another five close 
enough on their heels!
