[Crater-team] Permanent CRaTER data gaps

CRaTER folks,

Data was permanently lost on DOYs 057 and 058 due to high winds at White 
Sands, missed communications passes, and LRO data recorders filling up 
post-SEP event.  A small fraction of DOY 057 was sent to us and 
processed into pipeline output files, while a majority of DOY 058 was 
successfully processed.  Unless the MOT is able to find/create 
additional files to fill the gaps, this is probably the final state for 
days 057 and 058.
