[Crater-team] CRaTER data complete through DOY 142

CRaTER folks,

CRaTER pipeline output files are processed and complete through 
day-of-year 142 (May 22).
Days 135 and 136 are smaller due to the eclipse data gap, and they are 
even smaller than usual due to the permanent loss of some spacecraft 
housekeeping files.
