[Crater-team] CRaTER day 306 re-processed

Hi Mark,

The files on crater-a do not get updated immediately from the secure 
server.  At worst they'll update within 24 hours.

However, the webpage that serves L2 files *does* get updated right away:
https://crater-web.sr.unh.edu/l2.html
