[Crater-team] Good news on LRO slewing

Hi CRaTER folks,

I just finished a special telecon on LRO's new slewing mode and recent
slew tests.  The ops people were quite positive and optimistic; typical
pointing errors in the new mode are around 0.1 degrees or smaller, which
is tiny for the purposes of our horizon observations.  The only new
constraint on slews is that they can't allow both star tracker cameras
to be occulted simultaneously - otherwise it sounds like the
possibilities are as wide open as ever.  I'll be putting together some
night-time horizon-viewing plans to see if they really do pass all of
the safety tests.
