[Colsa-premise-users] New webpage for COLSA Premise Users

Hi Everyone -

A new webpage documenting information relevant to COLSA Premise users is now available on the Premise website.  The link to the new page is as follows:

http://premise.sr.unh.edu/colsa.html

Please note, the software list previously available on the main page has now been moved here for all packages installed in the "Linuxbrew/Colsa" and "Anaconda/Colsa" modules.

All information covered during Premise training should be available for review on this new page.  These topics include:


  1.  Location and function of the Slurm templates
  2.  Location of shared reference databases
  3.  Making use of Anaconda, as well as creating new Anaconda environments
  4.  Monitoring jobs
  5.  Group shared directories

If there is any information you'd like to see made available on this page, please let me know.

Additionally, a number of new software packages and pipelines have been installed on Premise in the last few months.  Please review the software list to see the current availability.
