You probably want to use a scp or sftp client.  I might be part of the
same tool, or set of tools you are using to ssh into BioMade.

For some suggestions it would help to know what your desktop is and how
you are currently ssh'ing into BioMade.  If you are using ssh from a
local desktop shell, then you very likely already have the "scp"
command too.
