The SSR_Dump/Tracking contact for Orbit# 356 was nominal for command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver successful.

We had late AOS and missed the first 20 minutes of the contact.

The OrbitalATK SFTP server has been intermittently off line, which causes the INP2 file to be manually loaded at the ground station

USN/PR# 9239:Late AOS. Unable to get INP2 tracking files from SFTP server

RAZOR# 625:OrbitalATK SFTP server down

RAZOR# 623:USN unable to push VC data to MAESTRO servers post pass

We were able to dump the entire SSR during the contact, and re-dump 20 blocks from Orbit# 354 (CAR#898)

VC0=1266 with 0 errors

VC2=27685 with 0 errors

VC2 Re_Dump=20 with 0 errors
