All,

I have looked at the orbit 356 ATS,

IBEX_2017_036_o0356a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2017_036_o0356a_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2017_036_o0356a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2017_036_o0356a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage.  The outage starts about 17 hours before apogee and runs for almost 4 days.  Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit356_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 355 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 356 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.738917,-0.573494,-0.353703 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/02:06:11:03:17

Lo O-mode in arc A (plan 6, 7, 1, 1).  O-mode timing matches that specified in the ISN season memo.  There is more than 1 hour between the end of the ascending sequence and the start of O-mode and also more than an hour after O-mode ends and the start of the descending sequence.

There is no overlap with orbit 355 commands by manual inspection or by checking at

http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi.

Command Approval Checklist is attached.
