All,

I have looked at the orbit 355 ATS,

IBEX_2017_027_o0355a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2017_027_o0355a_v001.ccvr

are due to the eclipse and because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2017_027_o0355a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2017_027_o0355a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage.  The outage starts 9 hours before apogee and runs for almost 3 1/2 days.  Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc A.  The ATS start time is an hour after that in the OEF.  The session ends so soon after the apogee ascending sequence that there is no start/stop sequence in the ATS.  The difference in the start times is not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit355_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

The long eclipse flag on/off command timing matches Ryan's recommendations for the perigee eclipse.  The commands are offset by enough time from the maneuver and the descending sequence.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 354 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 355 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
