All,

Note: Angle at orbit 347 apogee after the perigee sun precession maneuver: 4.993 deg

I have looked at the orbit 346 ATS,

IBEX_2016_310_o0346a_v002.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_310_o0346a_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2016_310_o0346a_v002.stf,

except that the ATS has an SSR_DUMP_NEW command as well as SSR pointer reset commands.  This is expected as APL is being used for the dump pass.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2016_310_o0346a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage.  It starts at apogee and ends about 10 hours after perigee.  Some despinning may be required due to the outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc A.  The ATS start time is about 3 hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is about 2 1/2 hours after that in the OEF.  These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit346_Contacts.txt (with the correction Sheral sent with the v002 ATS),

for all contacts (4).

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 345 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 346 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
