All,

I have looked at the orbit 342 ATS,

IBEX_2016_274_o0342a_v002.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_274_o0342a_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2016_274_o0342a_v002.stf,

except that the ATS has an SSR_DUMP_NEW command as well as SSR pointer reset commands.  This is expected as APL is being used for the dump pass.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2016_274_o0342a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages.  The first starts about 5 hours after orbit 341 perigee and ends about an hour after 15 Re ascending.  The second starts about 7 hours after perigee and runs for about 4 hours.  No despinning should be required due to these outages.

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit342_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).  There is a 5 minute discrepancy between the end time of the APL contact in the contacts file and the ATS.  I checked with Tim and evidently the contacts file is incorrect.

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 341 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 342 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
