The star tracker went thru a power cycle on 201:22:42:00 gmt. I ran CAR# 344 “ Reset FDC Totals and Response Latch Values”. The star tracker appears to be operating nominally.
Changed the D/L from 160 to 320
Eb/No 6.31 – 8.63 changed to 3.32 – 5.86
SSR dump 0 errors

The S/C is nominal for CMD and TLM. The maneuver was nominal.
There was a 5 minute data loss due to a line hit between the SSC NMC and the ground station. The main GUI SW and sockets were restarted. CMD and TLM was nominal
Razor # 612 was created to document the short anomaly. The pass was still considered a success.
