All,

I have looked at the orbit 332 ATS,

IBEX_2016_184_o0332a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_184_o0332a_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2) and because of a long SSR dump contact; the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2016_184_o0332a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2016_184_o0332a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage.  It starts 3 hours before perigee and ends about 2 hours after perigee.  No despinning should be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B.  The ATS start time is about 1 hour after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is the same as that in the OEF.  Differences in timing are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit332_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts(2).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 331 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 332 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

No Lo O-mode.

The transmitter off command from the last orbit 331 contact occurs after the orbit 332 arc A ascending bus commands.  This should not be a problem.

Command Approval Checklist is attached.
