All,

Note: Off-pointing at arc B descending is 3.985 deg
Off-pointing at orbit 327 apogee is 4.911 deg

I have looked at the orbit 326 recovery ATS,

IBEX_2016_129_o0326a_Recovery_v004.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_129_o0326a_Recovery_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2) as well as one about a long contact; the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v004 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2016_129_o0326a_v003.stf,

except the ATS has an SSR_DUMP_NEW command.  This is expected as APL is being used for the dump pass.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2016_129_o0326a_Recovery_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage.  The outage starts about an hour before 15 Re descending and runs for 5+ hours.  If the star tracker was working, some despinning might be required due to the outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B.  The ATS start time is about 3 hours before that in the OEF and the ATS end time is about 8 hours before that in the OEF.  These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit326_RecoveryContacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The sun precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 325 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 326 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
