and I approve.
The only constraint violations in
IBEX_2016_119_o0325a_Recovery_v002.ccvr
are because we removed the
ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable
commands (2); the violations are expected.
The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v003 STF,
IBEX_2016_119_o0325a_v003.stf.
Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,
IBEX_2016_119_o0325a_Recovery_v001.oef,
and as verified with ibex_orbit.
There is one star tracker outage. The outage starts about 4 hours before 15 Re descending and runs for about 7 hours. If the star tracker was working, some despinning might be required due to the outage.
There is one moon in Lo FOV session. The ATS and OEF start times are the same and the ATS end time is about 20 minutes after that in the OEF.
The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,
IBEX_Orbit325_RecoveryContacts.txt,
for the two contacts in the ATS. The SSR dump contact will be a blind acq.
The sun precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 324 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 325 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

There is no overlap with orbit 324 commands by manual inspection or by checking at

Command Approval Checklist is attached.

Guys,
Here is v002 of the ATS.
Note the following changes
1. Battery Balancing time
2. No SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact commands
I have scheduled this contact as a Blind_acq which will allow us to turn on the transmitter earlier and have more SSR_Download time
If the star tracker is not fixed by perigee of Orbit# 324, this contact will be extended 30 minutes
