Guys,

Here is v002 of the ATS.

Note the following changes

1. Battery Balancing time

2. No SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact commands

I have scheduled this contact as a Blind_acq which will allow us to turn on the transmitter earlier and have more SSR_Download time

If the star tracker is not fixed by perigee of Orbit# 324, this contact will be extended 30 minutes
