All,

Note: Off-pointing at arc B descending is 3.985 deg
Off-pointing at orbit 324 apogee is 4.952 deg

I have looked at the orbit 323 recovery ATS,

IBEX_2016_101_o0323a_Recovery_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_101_o0323a_Recovery_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands; the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2016_101_o0323a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2016_101_o0323a_Recovery_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are three star tracker outages.  The first starts 3 1/2+ days after apogee and runs for about 14 hours.  The second starts 1/2 hour after the first outage ends and runs for about 3 1/2 hours.  The third starts about 7 hours before perigee and ends about 9 1/2 hours after perigee.  If the star tracker were working some despinning might be required due to the first two outages.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc A.  The ATS start time is 6+ hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is an hour after that in the OEF.  These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit323_RecoveryContacts.txt,

for the 2 contacts in the ATS.  The descending pass will be rescheduled.

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The sun precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 322 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 323 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
