All,

Note: Off-pointing at arc B descending is 3.869 deg
Off-pointing at orbit 322 apogee is  4.957 deg

I have looked at the orbit 321 recovery ATS,

IBEX_2016_083_o0321a_Recovery_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_083_o0321a_Recovery_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands; the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2016_083_o0321a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2016_083_o0321a_Recovery_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages.  The first starts before 15 Re ascending and ends 1+ days after apogee.  The second starts 1 1/2 days after the first outage ends and ends 1+ day later.  Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B.  The ATS start time is about hour before that in the OEF and the ATS end time is the same as that in the OEF.  Differences in the times are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit321_RecoveryContacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.

The sun precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 320 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 321 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
