Dear ISE’rs,
We will have a short call Monday, March 16th, at 10 am. We are still waiting for final approval from NSF so this has us in a holding pattern. As soon as NSF officially changes our status to recommended for funding (in FASTLANE),
then Syracuse will allow a pre-award agreement…but not until then. For us Forest Service folks, we THEN have to do a collection agreement, which may take another month.
John and I have four good candidates for staffing: two for the resampling, and two for the HBEF experiment work.
