Sorry to miss the telecom. On Friday I was giving my final exam at UCLA and and also uploading the GRL paper and the telecom slipped my mind. I'll also be away on travel for the next 2 weeks and won't be able to call in till after Ap 7. But the GRL paper is now under review.
